Project Overview
Gidan Beach Resort is a luxury beachfront destination located in Ormara, Pakistan. As the first Maldives-style resort in Pakistan, it offers breathtaking overwater chalets, pristine beaches, and a premium hospitality experience. However, the resort lacked a functional online presence to showcase its beauty and attract guests effectively.
Challenges
Before the project, the resort’s online presence had several critical issues:
- Inactive website: Only a domain existed without a functional design or content.
Limited audience reach: Potential guests, both local and international, couldn’t explore or book online.
Poor booking experience: No structured system for handling inquiries and reservations.
Lack of brand credibility: No professional digital presence to reflect the resort’s luxury experience.
My Approach
To address these challenges, my approach was to redefine how guests interact with the resort online by making the booking and inquiry process seamless while elevating the brand’s digital appeal.
I focused on:
Designing an elegant, modern web experience that reflects the resort’s luxury.
Creating a frictionless booking process using an intuitive inquiry form.
Enabling direct communication via live chat and call features.
Ensuring mobile responsiveness & SEO optimization for broader reach.
Key Features & Deliverables
Custom WordPress Website Development
A fully customized design was built using Elementor Pro and a lightweight, responsive theme, tailored to match the resort’s premium brand identity. The website included unique layouts for the homepage, service pages, and contact sections, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing user experience.
Seamless Booking & Inquiry System
A user-friendly booking form replaced the complex reservation system, allowing guests to make inquiries effortlessly. Live chat and direct call integration enabled instant communication, while a dynamic pricing and inquiry calculator provided transparency in cost estimates.
Enhanced User Experience & Branding
The website was designed with a luxury-inspired UI/UX, featuring high-quality visuals to showcase the resort’s beauty. Social media and email integration streamlined customer engagement, while Google Maps integration helped visitors navigate the location easily.
Extras Deliveries
To make the website stand out, I went beyond standard requirements. I created an engaging animated logo and a custom loading screen, adding a unique touch that reflects the resort’s exclusivity.
